Abstract:

The results of numerical modeling of light scattering characteristics of polydisperse suspension in seawater in the small-angle approximation are presented. The suspension is formed from particles of two fractions: fine particles of terrigenic origin and the coarse ones of biogenic origin. Variations of their parameters and ratios between the fractions were taken into account. The results obtained by modeling are necessary as a priori information in solving inverse problems of laser sensing of seawater.
