Abstract:

The procedure of passive measuring of integrated concentrations of nitrogen dioxide in the meteorological atmosphere with the help of correlation spectral instrumentation DAN-2, working in the field of 0.4 microns, is described. The tests of the offered method for measurement of concentration profiles of NO2 near large industrial objects in different conditions of the background noise were carried out: the pure clear sky, the cloudiness, buildings, trees, etc. It is shown that there is an opportunity of measuring the integrated concentrations under conditions of the registration of correction of a dissipated optical background in range 200-4500 mg/m2 with an error of 20%.
