Abstract:

Comparative analysis of the ion chemical composition of near-water and near-ground aerosol in complex expeditions in Primorje in spring 2009 and summer 2010 is carried out. Submicron and coarse fractions of atmospheric aerosol were studied in the transitional zone "continent - ocean" in order to obtain the data on water-soluble ions Na+, K+, Ca2+, Mg2+, NH4+, Cl-, NO3-, HCO3-, SO42- and gaseous compounds SO2, HCl, HNO3, NH3. Powerful emissions of dust, anthropogenic and smoke aerosol from Asia were observed in spring 2009 increased the total concentrations of ions by 2-3 times in comparison with the data obtained in summer 2010, mainly for SO42-, HCO3-, Ca2+, K+. The maximum enrichment coefficient of sulfates in this period is 136, and ions K+ - 60. The greatest enrichment of the ions Ca2+ (81) was observed in summer 2010 in near-ground measurements. The maximum value of mass fraction of continental aerosol was 0.97 over continent and 0.92 over Japan Sea in spring 2009, and 0.91 over continent and 0.8 over Okhotsk Sea in summer 2010.
