Abstract:

Two algorithms for detecting the gases have been constructed for an optoacoustic (OA) gas analyzer. The first algorithm is based on the Bayesian criterion of minimum average risk, the second –– on the Neumann––Pearson criterion. The results of processing of the signal of the OA gas analyzer based on a CO2 laser are given in the paper. The results are in a good agreement with the experimental data.
