Abstract:
We present here a nonstationary kinetic model of the XeF (B → X) laser on a mixture of Ne, Xe, and NF3 pumped with a source of hard ionization. The model presented enables a description of lasing parameters for emissions at different wavelengths (351 and 353 nm) as functions of the medium temperature. We also study here these lasing properties under conditions near the pump threshold.
