The inverse problems are considered in the present work and the sources of urban atmosphere pollution are defined by measurements. The statement of the problem is formulated and algorithms of the problems solution, used numerical schemes for equations are discussed. Besides the modification of G.I. Marchuk method for the solution of the inverse problems is realized which is allow with the use of multiprocessing computing systems to define city areas with the greatest intensity of emissions of harmful substances. The examples of application of the considered approach for the conditions of Tomsk are presented in this investigation.
