Abstract:

In this work the method of planetary waves research from measurements of the aerosol optical thickness in spatially distanced sites is developed. This method takes into account time non-uniformity of the data, enables researching the space structure of АОТ and Angstrom parameter variations, which depend on atmospheric wave intraseasonal processes. By the given technique it is possible to estimate periodic variations of synoptic scale, to investigate their phase fronts, the periods of variations, and their wave numbers.
