A Monte Carlo algorithm is suggested for simulation of the point spread functions of external imaging channels for the spherical model of the atmosphere - Earth's surface system. A new method for detecting the image isoplanarity zones of optically uniform extended objects is considered. It is demonstrated that a set of point spread functions can be required to restore the images of such spaceborne objects, formed on the Earth's surface by an ideal optical system, with a specified error.
