Abstract:

Parameters and certain design features of an IR laser spectrometer (3-μm operating range)are described. It uses a differential frequency generator mixing the Nd: YAG laser radiation in a nonlinear crystal. Some results of remote sensing of atmospheric gases with the help of this spectrometer are discussed.
