An effective algorithm is obtained based on the use of piecewise linear approximation method allowing one to reduce sufficiently the volume of calculations and to improve the accuracy of the phase front restoration. Analytical expressions for the estimation of the calculation volume and of the phase front restoration error variance as a function of the measurement error variance is also obtained. The advantages of the proposed method are discussed.
