Abstract:
Simplest parameterization scheme for radiation effects of multilayered clouds is described. This scheme is based on the idea of effective cloud layer (ECL). ECL is a homogeneous single cloud layer whose radiation characteristics are the same as, characteristics of real cloudiness.
