Abstract:

The effect of the wind velocity variations and the inhomogeneity evolution on the cross-correlation functions and the returned power fluctuation spectra was examined in the context of a power model of the aerosol concentration fluctuation spectra. The calculation data were compared with lidar observations. The inhomogeneity lifetime related to the size was derived from the experimental measurements.
