The microstructure of water, soot, phosphorous and metal oxide aerosol species is examined based on the comparison between the experimental and calculation data on the laser beam attenuation at different wavelengths (l= 0,44; 0,63; 1,15; 3,39 and 10,6mm). The average parameters of the particle size distribution function are derived.
