Abstract:

The altitude-latitudinal stratospheric temperature variations due to the perturbation of the trace gas composition by anthropogenic sources are studied using a 2-D numerical radiative-photochemical model of ozonosphere. The numerical simulations show that for all the anthropogenic effects considered, the greatest variations of the ozonospheric thermal regime occur in the Polar Regions.
