Abstract:

Fluorescence properties of different oils for pollutions monitoring purposes are investigated. Algorithms suggested in this paper may be used for remote detection of oil water-soluble and emulsified fractions in natural water by laser induced fluorescence spectroscopy. Development of UNESCO oil hexane extraction method with fluorescence detection is also proposed.
