The paper describes a multi-channel prism spectrometer that allows one to perform simultaneous measurements in 15 channels within the range 402 to 766 nm. The minimum time interval between successive measurements is about 1tsec. Results of a set of spectral measurements of the attenuation of direct solar radiation spectra for various types of translucent clouds are presented.
