By means of three-parametrical RANS-model of turbulence the formation of inertial oscillation above a stable atmospheric boundary layer (ABL) over the flat terrain cooled with constant speed is investigated. In these conditions of nocturnal АBL such phenomenon of regional scale, as a low-level jet also develops. The results of numerical modeling are presented, showing both the formation of a low-level jet and the inertial oscillation.
