Abstract:

New ladar equation modification is proposed for special case of supergaussian fan beams with superior uniformity and efficiency in remote sensing. Results of the system analysis have been incorporated into a computer simulation that is used to optimize ladar parameters. Finally, a method of implementing a practical treshholding circuit is presented.
