Abstract:

Findings of studying surface layer aerosol chemical composition, sampled in the atmosphere of the Enisey River and the Karskoye sea shelf en-route complex expedition in August-October 2009 are described here. It is shown that the continental areas, despite their concentration, the ion sets of the soluble aerosol fractions remain similar under different meteorological conditions. Weather change leads to changes in the aerosol chemical composition in higher (sea) latitudes. Impact of the continent raises ions ratio in the coarse aerosols particles, and the at of the ocean, in fine aerosols particles. PAH in the surface layer of the Karskoye sea shelf don't show the presence of components indicative of motor vehicle pollution. Up to 55% of PAH sum is associated with submicron particles.
