In this paper we present analysis of observational data on some pollutants (NO2, SO2, H2S, and dust) in the atmosphere over the city of Naberezhnye Chelny. The mean values, rms deviations, asymmetry, excess and the distribution functions of pollutant concentration are obtained. The distribution function of normalized concentration has an important property of automodelity. It is practically the same within the measurement error both for different ingredients and different observation points. The distribution function is used to determine the probability of exceeding the maximum permissible concentration of pollutants.
