The propagation through the aerosol layer of formed filament of high power femtosecond pulse was investigated. It was shown that the filament is tolerant to perturbations caused by scattering upon particles and its regular axis-symmetric form recovers after aerosol layer. Integral characteristics of filament were analyzed and the replaceability of dispersion nonlinear medium by equivalent linear damping medium is discussed.
