Abstract:

The stability of the algorithm for restoring the surface profile from longitudinal aberration with respect to aberra-tion measurement errors, zone marking errors, as well to the errors of a priori information, concerning the radius of curvature of wave front, the radius of curvature of controlled component's surface, the refractive index of the material was studied. The relations, which allow one to evaluate the error of control of component's profile from longitudinal aberration in various schemes are suggested.
